I first met Kate and Michael while they were living in London, England. Both born and raised in Edmonton and living overseas, the two chose to get married at the Hotel MacDonald, a venue that many of Kates family members also exchanged their vows in, so it was extra special when they carried the tradition on.

Kate absolutely stunned in her Eva Lendel gown and chic bun. The sun shone and guests sipped on Piper Heidsieck champagne overlooking the lush river valley. Opting out of the customary signing, the couple chose to raise a glass and celebrate with their guests.

We brought the English garden theme to the Empire Ballroom. Shades of pink, white and ivory complimented the blush pink linens and mixed metal candlesticks. Champagne, an exquisite meal and friends and family from all over the world made for the perfect night.
