I am thrilled to welcome you to Cocktails and Details, a wedding and event planning firm that is dedicated to creating unforgettable moments and crafting extraordinary celebrations. As the owner and Creative Director, I am so grateful to be a part of your journey towards one of the most important days of your life.
I grew up in a family where my mother was known for throwing the best, most detailed parties. All of my birthdays were perfectly executed, from the invitations, to cake, to pink bread with the crusts cut off, I grew up in the hosting world. My love for creating unique parties and passion for design has led me to this industry and I cannot imagine doing anything else.
Since 2012, I have been planning and designing stories, not just spaces. My couples love the stunning layers of style and detail throughout their events, and yet, it’s the resulting feeling of their wedding that makes a world of a difference, it was perfectly them. Now let’s grab a drink and start planning!
meet ashley
Ashley is the most reliable soul you will ever meet - there is NOTHING that will deter her from keeping a promise, even if she has to go to the ends of the earth for you. And that is one of the million reasons why you’ll want her on your side come your big day!
Her favourite part of the wedding day is after the couple says “I do” and they walk back down the aisle together. She loves being able to see their radiant smiles and the happiness on their faces in front of their closest family and friends.
As a fellow twin mama, Ashley and Jenna have been navigating the world together for 20+ years, they can finish each others sentences, share clothes and laugh for hours on end. She has an exceptional eye for design and extraordinary taste with a European twist.

With a foundation in customer service and a background in Art and Design from the University of Alberta, she offers a distinctive fusion of creativity and hospitality to every event she handles. Meet Kristine, an essential part of our team at Cocktails & Details. Kristine started with us in 2023 as an assistant event coordinator. Her love for weddings and her talent for meticulous planning sparked her love of the industry. She has a bachelor's of Business Management and is a Certified Wedding Coordinator through The Wedding Planners Institute of Canada.
With Kristine, you can trust that no detail will be missed, and your wedding day will be truly special. She brings creativity and precision to each event, ensuring that every detail reflects the couple's dreams.
