When you just need a little bit more help in the planning process. Whether it be floor plans, florals, stationery, decor, whatever you need we are there to help. This package gives you an additional 5 hours of consulting along with all of the additional benefits of the month of management.

A newer addition to one of many elements that the Cocktails and Details team handles. We are now offering set up take down service. Our team will handle the set up of all your decor needs, from chairs to linens, to charger plates and cutlery. Let us take the burden off of your friends and family to ensure your venue is set up just the way you’ve envisioned. Better yet, we will come back and take it all down at the end of the night or the next day according to venue contract.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN WEDDING COORDINATION AND WEDDING PLANNING?

Coordination is when our team steps in the last few weeks before your event to take over all of the plans you have already made and make sure they come together! With Day-of Coordination, we coordinate between the vendors, our clients (you), and the timeline to make sure your plans come together just the way you intended. 

Wedding planning is when we work together to map out every aspect of your event. Your planner will help you find & book vendors, create a design, source decor, track your budget, and organize the behind the scenes details. All of our wedding planning packages include day-of coordination services.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN PARTIAL AND FULL WEDDING PLANNING?

Our Partial Wedding Planning Package is perfect for couples just a few months out from their wedding who have already secured their venue, caterer, and rentals. The Full Planning Package is intended to support for a longer time period and offer support in all aspects of wedding planning, including venue selection, caterer research, booking, and menu finalization, and rental equipment planning and booking.

IF I BOOK THE DAY-OF COORDINATION PACKAGE, WILL WE BE ABLE TO CHAT IN BETWEEN BOOKING AND 6 WEEKS BEFORE MY WEDDING?

Although we begin working closely together about four to six weeks prior to your wedding, we are happy to answer your questions or offer support throughout your planning process!

 WHAT IF I BOOK A COORDINATION PACKAGE AND REALIZE I NEED MORE SUPPORT?

No problem! We will schedule a call to discuss your needs and decide if upgrading to Partial Planning is the right decision for you, or if you simply need to add a few consulting hours onto your package!

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A VENUE COORDINATOR AND A WEDDING PLANNER?

A wedding planner is responsible for the look and feel of your event. As a planner we design your day, source vendors, style the entire event, keep you on a budget, creates floorplans, we do it all with your best interests at heart. 

A venue coordinator simply confirms the details which only concerns the venues best interests.

 HOW DO WE KEEP ON TRACK FOR THE PLANNING PROCESS?

Our clients have exclusive access to our online planning platform that keeps everyone on track with checklists, timelines, design portals, everything you need in one place.

DO YOU DO SET UP AND TAKEDOWN?

We do offer set up and takedown services starting at $1500 per service. During one of our final consultations we will ask you to compile a list of items you would like our team to set up and style on your behalf. This includes placecards, table menus, table numbers, favours, simple napkin folds, signing table, sweets table, cake table, gift table etc. This does not include set up of chairs, chair covers, ceiling treatments, drapery or lighting. We will work directly with the rental company to ensure these items are handle perfectly. 

For takedown services, we will arrive at midnight to begin slowly taking down while your guests are dancing the night away. We will pack up all of your personal items and most rentals (excluding chairs, chair covers, ceiling treatments, drapery or lighting).
